To ensure that we maintain our exceptionally high standard and professionalism, all our Consultants go through rigorous training, whether they come to us as experienced consultants or join us on our trainee scheme. 

Once the induction training is completed, we expect all our Consultants to study for the first of four modules our professional organisation, the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) offer, the Certificate in Recruitment Practice. Once completed the Consultant is entitled to use the letters MREC Cert RP after their name.  This is a minimum requirement for our consultants.
