Managing Director and Legal Recruitment Specialist

Susie Ford is Managing Director and a Founder of Cathedral Appointments. She started her recruitment career in 1986 and since then has covered most divisions at some point! She launched the Legal Division in 2001 and gained a reputation for finding Solicitors and Legal Executives to fill job vacancies throughout Exeter and the South West. She also manages our finances and payroll for the temps.

Away from the office she supports her teenage daughter who show jumps for Devon and plays hockey for Somerset, Susie is the Devon Area Co-ordinator for the  BSJA Junior Academy
