I joined Cathedral Appointments in the spring of 1998, just before the company celebrated their 10th anniversary. It was great to join a company that were fun, passionate, forward thinking and ethical in what they do. My previous work career had been a mix of sales, marketing and holiday repping - a perfect fit for recruitment - I felt I had found my forte at last !

My first role was on the Permanent Office Desk recruiting secretaries, PA's and administrators. I then moved to the Temporary Desk and thoroughly enjoyed working at such a fast pace whilst developing client relationships and increasing the number of temps out in the field. I was promoted to Branch Manager in January 2001 and took on the Commercial Desk, recruiting permanent sales, marketing and HR positions as well as managing the team of consultants.

I became a Director of Cathedral Appointments in 2006 and achieved Fellowship of the REC in 2007. I am also one of the organisers of the East Devon CIPD branch events. I work with a variety of businesses throughout Devon, Cornwall and Somerset in the private, public and not for profit sectors from SME's to Corporates.
