Due to an increase in business activity they are now looking to recruit a Business Systems Analyst on a temporary basis to deal with the increase in workload. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrating my client’s technical business and reporting systems and will be involved in the further development of the business systems infrastructure. Additional key responsibilities include: •Schedule the installation of new business systems, patches and carry out appropriate testing. •To respond to support calls from users and to successfully resolve issues • Maintain data integrity across the business system • To ensure accurate recording of all software licenses and contracts. The successful candidate must have a strong background in business system analytics and hold fantastic communication skills as this role will involve liaising with various levels of senior management. Project Management (Prince 2) skills and expertise would be highly beneficial as would a background working within the public sector. All candidates interested in the role must be available to work from the 1st February 2012. My client is looking to offer a basic salary in the region of £30,000.

Following a period of growth they are now in a position to recruit an Assistant Database Administrator to support their Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management and manipulation of an extremely large database of information required for my clients day to day operations. Key responsibilities within the role include: * Completion of counts and data uploads. * Conducting cross analysis of information and dealing with any MySQL based queries * Reviewing and amending data output * Completion of data suppressions. The successful candidate will have experience of working with name and address data in large volumes and from multiple data sources. In particular they should be able to analyse and enable the correct hierarchy of data loads to ensure that data from all sources is combined to a complete record. A working knowledge of Microsoft SQL is essential as are excellent time management skills. An understanding of Farstats would be highly beneficial. Previous experience of working with either PHP, Linux, Apache or MySQL would be advantageous but not essential. You will be either a qualified or time served engineer, offering, strong problem solving skills, in addition to a good understanding of continuous improvement techniques, lean manufacturing and audit training.

This position is responsible for managing a team in a high paced manufacturing environment and is responsible for a wide range of functions including : - • Promoting and implementing quality and continuous improvement throughout the organisation. • Advising on quality assurance system changes. • Working with Purchasing and Supply Chain staff to establish quality requirements and ensuring these are communicated through to suppliers. • Participating and developing new projects, ensuring all quality requirements are met.
