    Job Description: Manufacturing Leader required for my client who is seeking someone who is able to lead and motivate a manufacturing team in order to maintain sustainable processes and produce a quality product at the least possible cost. Through the management of KPI’s you will be responsible for the end product, it’s quality and meeting the agreed timescales and customer demands. You will be responsible for actively implementing lean manufacturing techniques, monitoring KPI’s, motivating your team and responding to customer demand quickly and efficiently. The successful candidate will have a proven background within a similar role, will have line management experience and will have ideally worked within an FMCG environment. First class communication skills and the ability to work under pressure is also required. This position is working on a shift basis, Monday – Friday but will involve some night shifts.

Ideally you will have a proven background within a similar role, people management experience and be able to offer a thorough understanding of the latest manufacturing techniques. In addition you will ideally be Degree qualified, however, this is not essential.

    Job Description: Supply Chain leader required to report in to the Supply Chain Manager of this a high volume manufacturing site. The core functions of this position will be to plan, purchase and schedule all route for materials in to the facility as well as the shipment of the end product. Through the analysis of sales forecast, you will work closely with the SAP and scheduling team to ensure demand can be met. You will need to have a through understanding of the supply chain processes, offer first class communication and negotiating skills and have used SAP systems in previous positions. This is a very demanding role, which requires someone who is able to problem solve whilst working calmly under pressure.
