Job Description: This is a key role working within a well established company in the heart of Devon. You will be responsible for reviewing all contract and project expenditure throughout the firm for each tender, project managing contracts from illustration through to agreement, liaising directly with customers with regards to their specific specifications and managing the final account negotiations. It is essential that the successful applicant has a proven background working within the quantity surveying industry. You will be confident negotiating commercial contracts, have a thorough understanding of Health & Safety issues and have the ability to work within agreed timescales whilst managing a busy workload.

Position	Operations Controller

Job Description: Operations Controller required to work for my client who are a growing organisation which has been established since 2002. They currently operate throughout the UK and Ireland and are leaders in their field. The main purpose of this position will be to lead a team of engineers within the construction/building services industry. You will be required to co-ordinate the delivery of all materials to sites from suppliers, and manage and allocate engineering resources according to changing demands. In addition you will oversee all health and safety procedures, liaise directly with suppliers, manage team training and work closely with internal project and account managers. The successful applicant must have the ability to lead and direct a team, have a proven track record of working within a logistics focused role, possess excellent communication skills and ideally be aware of the latest health & safety regulations. Experience of working within the building construction industry would be a definate advantage.

Position	Supply Chain Leader

Job Description: Supply Chain leader required to report in to the Supply Chain Manager of this a high volume manufacturing site. The core functions of this position will be to plan, purchase and schedule all route for materials in to the facility as well as the shipment of the end product. Through the analysis of sales forecast, you will work closely with the SAP and scheduling team to ensure demand can be met. You will need to have a through understanding of the supply chain processes, offer first class communication and negotiating skills and have used SAP systems in previous positions. This is a very demanding role, which requires someone who is able to problem solve whilst working calmly under pressure.
