    Job Description: Operations Controller required to work for my client who are a growing organisation which has been established since 2002. They currently operate throughout the UK and Ireland and are leaders in their field. The main purpose of this position will be to lead a team of engineers within the construction/building services industry. You will be required to co-ordinate the delivery of all materials to sites from suppliers, and manage and allocate engineering resources according to changing demands. In addition you will oversee all health and safety procedures, liaise directly with suppliers, manage team training and work closely with internal project and account managers. The successful applicant must have the ability to lead and direct a team, have a proven track record of working within a logistics focused role, possess excellent communication skills and ideally be aware of the latest health & safety regulations. Experience of working within the building construction industry would be a definate advantage.

You will be liaising with various departments throughout the company with regards to IT issues, therefore, excellent communication skills are essential.
