    Job Description: Compensations and Benefits Specialist required for large manufacturing business. Your key responsibilities will be for the design, maintenance and continuous improvement of my client’s compensations and benefits strategy and for providing an accurate and timely service to payroll and benefits administration. You will ensure that my client is seen as a forward thinking and driven business by continually researching, developing and subsequently implementing compensation and benefit strategies and by ensuring payroll and benefit administration is conducted within scheme rules, legislation and company policies. Ideally you will have similar experience gained from HR/Payroll of a large multi-site company, good leadership and communication skills, an in depth knowledge of employee benefits, experience of employee tax, P11D and expatriate issues and experience of time and attendance systems.
