Job Description: This is an ideal opportunity for someone with approximately 2 yrs PQE in Employment and Civil Litigation Law. The position is working for a new company that specialises in Employment Law for SMEs including GP's, Housing Associations, Manufacturers, Emergency Services, Charities, Care Homes, Bars and Restaurants, Local Authorities, Builders and Retailers. Previous experience including Contracts of Employment, Policies and Handbooks, TUPE, unfair dismissal and discrimination would be beneficial. As this is a new venture the ideal person would be prepared to work part time or flexible hours initially with a view to full time hours in the near future. Salary will depend on previous experience but will include a bonus reflecting any business development.
