You will be responsible for handling enquiries from customers, providing excellent advice, and arranging insurance for them. You do not need to have experience of dealing with financial services products, but you will need to be motivated, have an excellent telephone manner, and experience of working in a customer service environment. This role would also be ideal for an individual who has previously worked as a Financial Advisor but is keen to find a position that will provide a supply of quality leads and enquiries from which to work from.
