    Job Description: Planning Manager - Inbound Call Centre. Main purpose of the role is to manage planning activities for my client’s call centre estate to deliver world class customer service standards in a cost effective manner. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following technical skills:- · Highly analytical/numerate · Technical planning and telecommunication design skills · Problem diagnosis and resolution · Leadership and motivation · Performance management · Strong communication and influencing skills · Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines · Knowledge of contact centre technologies including WFM, Virtual networking/call routing, IVT etc
