    Job Description: Sales Manager required for progressive business with ambitious plans for growth. This is a unique opportunity and as Sales Manager you will be responsible for all sales and customer service activities across their UK and international accounts. This will include developing and executing sales strategies for international distributors, key accounts and regional sales agents as well as monitoring customer performance and meeting sales targets. Ideal candidates will have experience of working with distributors, sales agents and national key accounts and a proven track record of success. Candidates with experience of fashion or consumer products and selling to retailers are preferred. You should have first class communication and management skills, the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate at a high level and be self-motivated. Although my client is based in Devon, this role does involve worldwide travel and will definitely offer future opportunities for the right individual.     Job Description: Sales engineer required for developing worldwide business. As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for identifying customer requirements within their product range. This will include manufacturing labour and material estimates, preparation of quotes, shipping specifications, managing and reviewing of order book, preparation of schedules and forecasts for production planning. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar engineering environment, working knowledge of foundry and machine shop processes and a basic understanding of engineering design parameters. You should have sound interpersonal skills, be commercially aware and be able to use your own initiative. Although my client is based in Devon their will be UK and worldwide travel within the role attending trade shows, exhibitions and customer visits which will require time way from home.
