    Job Description: Head of Brand and Communications - my client is seeking an experienced, creative and dynamic marketeer who is able to build on existing communications to support sales growth. You will manage my clients brand and all their communications in order to support customer engagement, customer acquisition and sales. Role includes: • Setting and managing the strategic direction for the brand • Creating communications with existing customers with the aim of improving retention and loyalty • Creating campaigns to acquire new customers, using digital, print, PR and live marketing channels • Work with regional sales development managers to develop ideas, provide marketing collateral, and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of different activities Current communications include: • Weekly newsletters, e-shots to reactivate customers not currently buying • Product catalogues (print and digital) • Website and video content • Support for customer acquisition activities including direct mail, advertising, email, live marketing, shows and events The successful candidate: • A successful background demonstrating brand and communications expertise gained from a dynamic and busy marketing environment, to include marketing direct to end consumer • Hard-working, positive and outgoing, you will need to demonstrate passion for the brands you work with and a desire to achieve results • Experience of developing and implementing marketing strategy, combined with a full range of communication skills • Creative thinker who can show evidence of innovative campaigns combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and the ability to handle the pressures of a busy and changing environment • Demonstrable experience of leading and developing a team • Ability to communicate, inspire and persuade at all levels, with excellent verbal and written skills
