    Job Description: The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing HR solutions and service to a designated Business Teams. Responsibilities as HR Advisor will include:- · Recruitment and selection. · Support of HR initiatives in line with the overall Business strategy · Provision of guidance on grievance and disciplinary matters and monitoring trends along with solutions to problems as appropriate · Control of headcount analysis and report against budget on a monthly basis · The HR Advisor will provide advice to operational and line leaders as appropriate, to ensure the highest possible adherence and compliance are maintained relative to HR matters. Liaising with HR Manager for exceptions · Working with Training and Development Specialist to provide Training and Development opportunities · Ensure specific salary and benefit co-ordination · As HR Advisor you will be required to work on specific HR projects, tasks or activities The successful HR Advisor will have worked in a similar environment (manufacturing), ideally be graduate qualified with membership of CIPD or similar level experience.
