    Job Description: HR Assistant/Administrator required for leading Exeter business. As HR Assistant/ Administrator you will be responsible for the following:- · Devise recruitment adverts, place and negotiate with PR/internet providers. · Organise interviews and assessment centres · Liaise and manage agency relationships · Respond to and distribute all applications to appropriate recruitment managers · Ensure the company website has all the latest vacancies and information · Administer and update all recruitment records · Administer all starter and leaver info, include letters of appointment, contracts, pre-employment medical questionnaires, references and liaison with payroll, finance and IT · Co-ordinate probation reviews, update database and payroll if appropriate · Administer company eye care voucher, company staff suggestion and company referral recruitment schemes. My client requires previous HR experience and a CPP or CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. This is a developing role within a growing local business.

    Job Description: 6 MONTH CONTRACT (INITIALLY) Employment/Recruitment Consultant required for long established and highly respected Charity that supports people with disabilities into sustainable employment through the delivery of tailored training solutions and practical support. The newly created role of Employment/Recruitment Consultant will work within the Charity’s Employment Team for a period of six months (initially) to assist clients to secure work – this will involve:- · Preparing clients for employment – preparation of CV, assistance with application forms, interview coaching, identifying key skills, researching the marketplace. · Identifying new work opportunities – focusing specifically on clients’ needs, having a strong understanding of the local labour market and its vacancies and researching suitable work placements and vacancies to meet agreed targets. · Establishing strong relationships with local employers – establishing and maintaining contact, providing key information on advantages to employers, representing the charity at relevant events to promote the service. · Provision of broader practical support to clients to support their journey into work. The ideal person will have a background in recruitment and experience of working with people with disabilities. They will demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed targets using their experience to successfully match clients to jobs. A proven background in seeking out and developing recruitment opportunities is essential. We are looking for someone who can offer a high level of self-motivation, a creative approach to problem solving and a positive and flexible attitude.
