Advertising Advertising in local/regional press, on our own website and other national websites and, by prior arrangement, with specialist or national press. Interviewing Pre-Selection by interview of all applicants registered on our database. This is carried out by trained qualified Consultants. Personality Profiling We use a DISC based psychometric testing tool which is useful for those companies who do not have the facility to carry out personality profiling in-house. This service is free if the vacancy is offering a salary of £25,000 upwards.

Our interview room is at your disposal even if your interviewees are from other sources.

Search and Selection for specific and executive recruitment carried out by one of our Senior Consultants - please enquire for further details of fees that relate to this service.

Sole Agency
Special terms are offered to regular users of recruitment agencies. By agreeing to use Cathedral Appointments as your retained consultants, for recruiting staff and/or filling temporary requirements, reduced fees are negotiated for both services.

Special Rates for Charities
Cathedral Appointments has worked with a number of Charities over the years in the provision of both temporary and permanent recruitment services. We have a keen appreciation for the hard work and time that your volunteers put into fund raising and how important it is that those funds are spent wisely. We have never charged our Charity clients a full fee for finding permanent staff, and we feel we should spread that message to other Charities who may have avoided using Recruitment Consultants in the past because of the costs involved.
